First time shopping at Beach cafe and I am very impressed. The lovely lady on the live chat helped me to find the perfect fit, and it arrived packed beautifully the next day.

Lovely selection of swimwear and a very friendly customer service team. Sadly the item I really wanted was out of stock but the team helped me find a perfect alternative and shipped it in time for my holiday!

This is a great company to work with. I got lots of advice on sizing - I’m in the larger side and always find swimming costumes very difficult to get right. I’ve now bought three costumes and have been absolutely delighted. I’m now looking at cover ups!!

I have always received top service with my orders from Beach Care, quick delivery and great quality clothing. On one recent occasion when I needed to make a return for a fault that wasn’t so obvious, they were super efficient and sorted it out with courtesy and common sense. Thank you Beach Cafe ?

I was searching for a Hunza G bikini in a specific colour on google. I stumbled across Beach Cafe who had the exact one I wanted - sold out everywhere else. I ordered on a Monday bank holiday and I had it mid day Wednesday (paid for standard shipping as well!). Great experience and would visit again.

Excellent customer service, I was going away on holiday and left shopping last minute! I called up beach cafe and they spoke through sizing and delivery, making sure I got my package the same day! Not only were the girls there patient and helpful the clothing and bikinis I ordered were great quality and beautifully packaged. Thank you beach cafe!

Very disappointed with the service from Beach Cafe, I ordered two items, one came to E other was missing…no more to say why…after calling them I was told it was out of stock and would receive a refund. I sent back the other item and have been messaging but nobody has responded to my requests…finally after messaging on Instagram I received the refund for the missing item but not the other item. I have been messaging and they have seen the message just ignored me. I will be taking this further with my card company but will not be using this company again. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid !

After a problem with delivery and communication. Customer service has been good. A full refund and a voucher as an apology for the error means I would give this company another chance in such a competitive market.

Bought some bits for a last minute holiday after recommendation from a friend and I am extremely impressed! Beautiful items and speedy delivery, the staff were very helpful and you can tell every package is packed with care. Will definitely be returning!

I cannot recommend Beachcafe enough I have bought several pieces had to exchange a couple as I ordered the wrong sizes the customer services have been amazing especially Joanna I even ordered a piece whilst out of the country which they held for me until my return the quality of my purchases are amazing and not seen anywhere else they so easy to contact either by phone or email thank you my new favourite online store xxx

They were super easy to get hold of via the phone and happy to take the time to help in offering suitable options. My bikinis arrived next day with DPD (perfect for my last minute holiday).

Would definitely recommend to a friend that's looking to purchase some lovely quality items for their holiday.

I had a voucher for £80 which I have tried to use several times but either they have no sizes available on the website or when I did use it they didn’t have them in stock. I’ve tried to use the voucher code since which doesn’t work AND I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for 3 weeks with no response. I don’t recommend this company.

WORST Customer Service Experience ever.

Customer Service does not reply to any email.
Complex process with delivery to Germany.
Once you return something, you get back the net amount but there is no process, no guidance, nothing how to get back the VAT that you paid.

Really a bad experience. Cant recommend at all!

Placed an order 10 days ago. Was due to be 2-3 day delivery. Heard nothing so emailed to chase. Still nothing so went on the live chat and apparently my order was overlooked! They didn't fail to take the payment. I have been refunded the obscene £5 delivery (on an item of £98) but when I said it was now a belated gift they just ended the chat! So I am still without the item and my payment.
